It has also been around in Phil's Place for years, blending their own real life art with original clothing, accessory and hair designs. The prim toes and nails can be recolored by means of a HUD that comes with the shoes. If you feel brave you can also recolor them to any shade you want by hand! (Look, Fally, BOWS. I like the casual comfort.
It took a while for me to get to like the jeans by Celestial, because they are a little too low for my taste, but worn with the right top they are great! The 3 choices of sculpted legs are great as well. I love that she made belts for them, I just wish she did an all pink one!
The new tanktops are by VG Republic, a brand under Viva La Glam, and I simply love them! They come in all possible layer combos so you can wear them with whatever, even low pants. I also like that they don't have my boobs falling out, LOL.
The new jewelry by Shiny Things is wonderful, it goes with just about anything, and can be both casual and formal. The fit of the necklaces are perfect, no standing out from the collarbone in weird angles. It shows you the level of care and perfectionism Fallingwater has. You really need to check those out! They come in gold as well. My trusty ribbon boots from the same store are a staple in my inventory. It only has 2 amazing minarets, a gazebo and a koi pond and I wish the creator, Avery Davison, would make more! But what she has made is awesome. Just take a look at these pictures. Let me mention they have not been reworked at all, they are snapshots taken inworld at 1600x1200 and reduced in size only.

My friend Damian pointed me to another store called "Trompe L'oeil" which means something like trick of the eye if I am not mistaken. Indeed the creator, Cory Edo, manages to make her creations look more real than they should in SL. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Just go see it with your own eyes and you will be amazed (and perhaps broke too haha).

Lapin Feu: Akea 35, 220, 22
Trompe L'oeil : Trompe Loeil 133, 183, 31

(sorry, slurl.com won't load for me >_<)

Sooooo the Jewelry Expo is OPEN!
For those of you unable to

Sooooo the Jewelry Expo is OPEN!
For those of you unable to find the location, here's the SLurl:
Jewelry Expo

I was there early and OMG no lag yet! I could have kicked myself because I didn't have much time and I was expecting a lot of lag.
I did manage to pick up some pretties though and make some bids at the auction stall. Gorgious gorgious... especially Alienbear's entries, my personal favorite. I wish I was rich and could have them all *sigh*
Ok let's see... what came out of my first spree...

Both of these sets are by Siyu Suen of Illusions. Her work blows me away. I really wanted to buy every single thing in that stall, but like I said before, I am not rich, so I picked 2 sets. Pictured left is the Winged set in antiqued, right is the Sacred Heart set in antiqued. I noticed she worked with Miriel Enfield on some of the sets, and also uses the same vendor system which lets you choose a metal (sterling, antiqued, tarnished, copper, gold), stone (when applicable) and preferred permissions (copy OR transfer) set. These sets are made up out of regular and tiny sculpted prims. Love it love it... Will be back for more!

Left is the new Dauphine set in gold/frost, top right is the Chatelaine shoulder broach and chain in gold, bottom right is the Chatelaine Choker in gold, all by MUSE.
These beauties are NO MOD, so I was a bit scared of buying them, since I have to stretch my necklaces bigger 95% of the time, but luckily they fit, but only just on the choker. My neck thickness is 57. The choker is really tight, I'd rather have it a bit wider, but at least it doesn't cut into my neck too bad, if I don't strike a too funky pose, lol.

Caliah Lyon's talents never ceize to amaze me. Her eye for detail and design is immaculate, her imagination boundless. Delicate and classy. I wish I could do it. But why, we have Caliah to provide it =) Instead of wearing jewelry to compliment the dress, you wear the dress to compliment her jewelry. Amen.

Here are some pretties from designers unknown to me, or should I say PREVIOUSLY unknown to me! Pictured left is the beautiful Pearl Necklace With Cameo by Schadenfreude (finally a decent pearl/cameo necklace that is NOT a choker!!), top right is the Satin Scarf and Broach by Flourish!, bottom right is the Barbed Heart set by Ephemeral Creations.

Ooph I hate I had so little time, I bet when I go back I WILL have lag. Such is (Second) Life.
